What have you had in the way of training and development?

I’ve had a lot of support and coaching over last 20 years: Learning & Development and HR have provided plenty of courses that I’ve found useful. I’m Nebosh qualified and I’ve got Six Sigma Green Belt too – in fact, I’ve been on too many courses to mention them all!
